Ryan Murphy, Social & Events Chair
| Ryan became a resident of Morningside in March 2020, along with his wife, Mimi, and their 2 children. After relocating from the NYC/NJ area, they’ve fallen in love with the Morningside neighborhood, enjoying it’s parks, shops, community, and history, and are looking forward to getting to know Atlanta and Morningside for years to come. Originally from Florida, Ryan received his B.S. from the University of Florida, his M.S. and Ph.D. from UMass Amherst in Polymer Science and Engineering, and currently works in R&D for a specialty materials company. Outside of family and work, he enjoys music, cooking, documentaries, exercise, and spending as much time as possible outdoors. |
